SPAIN.
The Miniaterial crisis is ended, and the Ministry is reconstructed. Topete and Eivero have re-entered the Government of General Prim.
The latest candidate for the throne is the Count de Paris.
A proposal was advocated by Castellar to give to the Spanish Bourbons, in perpetuity, the Spanish throne, which was rejected by the Cortes.
It is believed that the Duke of Montpensier's chances are improving. It is asserted that Prim was the dupe of an Italian intrigue regarding the candidature of the Duke of Genoa.
