Oorougrb Council Itfotice* AKAROA BOROUGH COUNCIL. is hereby given, that at a 1\( Special Meeting of the Akaroa Borough Council, held on Friday, Bth December, a resolution was passed, in accordance with sections 82 and 340 of " The Municipal Corporations Act. 1876," adopting a By-law repealing clauses 41 and 42 of the Borough Bylaws. And notice is hereby further given, that it is intended to confirm such resolution at a meeting of the Council to be held on Wednesday, 17th January, 1883, at 9 p.m. WILLIAM SIMS, Town Clerk.
