The police to-day effected a seizure at C'eikenwell of a larg,e qaanlKy of arms, wL'ich were known to have been intended for Ii eland. THE KHEDIVE'S NEW MINISTRY. Alexandria, June 17. Rflgheb (sic.) Pasha has been entrusted by the Khedive with the formation of a new Ministry. THE EGYPTIAN TROUBLES. Intelligence has been received that, in consequence of the inadequacy of the accommodation provided by the vessels now in port, all the European States are Bonding ships here to embark their subjects. Telegrams are to hand stating that active preparations are proceeding at the chief European ports ia the Mediterranean for the immediate despatch of several vessels. The greatest excitement and alarm prevails among Europeans here, Cairo, June 17. The panic among Europeans is hourly increasing. All the foreign banks and shops in the city have been closed, and great alarm is manifested by Euiopeaas at the hostile demeanor of the native population, and a general exodus of the former to Alexandria is taking place.
