In the House of Commons this eveningMr Gladstone made a speech regarding the case of Bradlaugb. The Premier stated that he considered the conduct of that geritlem n was scandalous , , and he declined to lead the House in any action which should be taken regarding Mr Bradlaugh. Several abortive motions followed, and in the course of the discussion Mr Bradlaugh entered the chamber and was ordered by the speaker to withdraw, and did so. Finally Sir Stafford Northcote moved and Mr Gladstone supported, a resolution to the effect that Mr Bradlaugh should be expelled from the House. After a brief debate the motion was carried. A new writ will now be issued for Northampton, and Bradlaugh, it is understood, will again be a candidate fur the vacant seat. February 22. Davitt, one of the promi nent Land Leaguers, has been elected wit bout opposition to a vacancy in the representation of Meath in the House of Commons. St. Petersburg, Feb. 22. The Russian Government has ordered General Skobeloff to proceed without delay to this city.
