Melbourne, March 24.
In the Legislative Assembly last night, the Reform Bill was read a third time on division of 48 to 27. An amendment moved by Mr Gaunson, that the Legislative Council should be elected in 1883 was previously accepted by the House, but a motion by Sir Bryan O'Loaghlin to refer the Bill to a Select Committee was ruled ont of order.
