The Royal Commission of inquiry into affairs in Transvaal will be composed of the following members—Sir Hercules li'obinson, Sir Evelyn Wood, and Sir John Devilliers, Chief Justice of Cape Colony. They will proceed without delay to Heidleberg in the Transvaal, and there hold the Commission.
