Dunedin, Nov. 17
Mary Prescott, the particulars of whose disappearance were telegraphed on Saturday, has turned up at Port Chalmers. The letter intimating her intention of committing suicide were meant to act as a blind.
Wellington, Nov. 17.
Great secrecy is being maintained as to the intentions of the Government relative to the murder of Moffat, but in well-informed circles it is understood no attempt will be made to arrest the murderers.
