(Bluff, Feb. 11.) London, undated. Spenldnp; at Edinburgh, the Secretary of War thought giv.lt d.-inger to peace arose from the reserves, minibering millions of men. which are collected on the Continent. Five vessels sailed for Australia and New Zealand ports during the last two months, with quantities of gunpowder on board, varying from 10 to 100 tons. The steamer (Sty of Berlin, which brought the Australian mails ma Frisco, was 33 days crossing the Atlantic through breaking propeller. The commercial treaty between England and Austria is to be prolonged. - Kussian losses at Plevna as officially stated, were 10 officers and 182 men killed, 45 officers and 1200 men wounded. The Turkish losses were 4000 killed, and wounded 10 pashas, 128 staff officers, 2000 officers, 30,000 infantry, 12000 cavalry, 77 field guns captured. The flight of the ex Khan of Khokand from Oreubefgis, is expected to cause serious difficulty to the Bussians in Central Asia.
