Argus Special, London, Feb. 7. The Pope died at three o'clock to-day. Russian entry into Stamboul denied. They will, in pursuance of the terms of the armistice, occupy Chekmedge, and have alreaty arrived at a central position. There is great sensation in Parliament, and' an immense concourse of strangers attended the Hoose. Ministers met with an •enthusiastic reception. . The-Turks have evacuated Varna. • . ' Feb. 8. A vote of credit was carried by 295 to 96. Many, liberals abstained from voting.
