Sir,—l recently noticed, in the columns of your journal, a letter signed " Henery •*^.JlJli£., ; set me . result—Why cannot * the Borough Council get the use of a room in the Immigration Barracks, and save what they now pay in rent? The money now paid for that purpose would, if saved, «* be found useful in other ways.
