London, May 23. •Russians have captured Ardahan on the frontier of Asia Minor.
The Roemauian Chamber have reeolved to declare war against Turkey, and seek entire independence.
British Mediterranean squadron is at Port Pireus.
London, May 24
The Emperor Alexander proceeds to Ploesti, the head-quarters. On his arrrval it is expected that active operations on the Danube will commence.
The Turkish ironclads are bombarding the Caucasion town on the Coast of the Black Sea.
Warlika preparations are going forward in Servia, notwithstanding the dissuasion of Russia.
The intervention of Austria will probably be provoked should Servia move.
