REPORTED POST FOR SOVIET MARSHAL BERLIN, Feb. 27. The Berlin eorrespondent of the Associated Press quotes the official British neAvspaper “Die Welt am Sonntag” as saying that reports are current in Sofia that Marshal KonieA r , of the Soviet Army, AVill soon take over command of the Bulgarian Army, in the same Avay as Marshal RokossoA'sky took over the Polish Army. The newspaper says that Bulgarian Army leaders attempted to re\''olt against Russian domination after the death in July of the Bulgarian Prime Minister, Mr Dimitrov, but. that Russian secret police forestalled the attempt by arresting one-tAvelfth of all Bulgarian Army officers, including the Chief .of Stas, General Kinov.
