AMERICAN TRAIN COLLISION

DRIVER CHARGED WITH MANSLAUGHTER NEW YORK, Feb. 20. Jacob Kiefer, the driver of a train which last Friday' night crashed into another train near Rockville Centre, was to-day charged with second degree manslaughter. Twenty-nine persons were killed and 115 injured in the accident.

It is alleged that Keifer twice ignored red signal lights just before the collision. He was remanded on bail ,of 10,000 dollars.
