COMMERCIAL TREATY.
UNITED STATES AND RUSSIA. (United Presa Association —Copyright.) WASHINGTON, August 6. A new Russo-American commercial treaty for a year has been proclaimed. Russia agrees to purchase at least 40,000,000 dollars’ worth of American goods in 1938, the United States granting unconditional most-favoured nation treatment to Russia for the first time.
