SOCIAL CREDIT.

LEGISLATION IN ALBERTA. (United Press Association—Copyright.) OTTAWA, August 3. A telegram from Edmonton states that when the Albert Legislature opens Cabinet will demand Government members to pledge in advance to the Provincial Premier (Mr W. Aberliart) their acceptance of the programme which Douglas Credit experts are reported to be framing. Legislation will offset the unfavourable decisions of the Court on social financing and foil the opposition of the banks.
