DROUGHT IN CANADA.
FARMERS' SPIRIT PRAISED. (United Press Association—Copyright.) OTTAWA, August 3. A message from Winnipeg (Manitoba), states that, lauding the spirit of the farmers in the drought-stricken areas -the Dominion Minister of Labour (Mr Rogers) declares that the situation demands 100 per chnt relief. -He cites the belief that tliis year marks the end of the drought cycle.
