MR ABERHART’S PROMISES. .United Press Association—Copyright t MONTREAL, August 2. A message from Calgary states that urging a three months’ prayer campaign, Mr W. Aberhart (Premier of Alberta) told the Prophetic Bible Institute of Alberta that he intends to pay all debts and distribute Social Credit dividends through the development of natural resources. There will be no confiscation of property or wealth.
