AN APPEAL DECIDED.
CLERICAL EMPLOYEES UNION. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Appeal Court to-day delivered judgment in the case of- the OtagoSouthland Stock Agents’ Clerical Employees’ Union versus the Judge and members of the Arbitration Court, the Otago Clerical Workers’ Industrial Union and the Registrar of Industrial Unions, heard on June 28. The case was referred back to the Supreme Court, where a writ of certiorari will be issued to quash the Otago Clerical Workers’ Union’s award and a writ of mandamus will be issued to the Registrar to consider plaintif union’s application for registration cs an industrial union, and unless the application is found not be be in compliance with the Act, it be so registered.
