AUCKLAND, September 20.' The scow capsized oft Whangapara •is the Vesper, which was on a voyage cfiom Whangam to Cle^edon. There .are ao signg ot tlie <-rev of four men. A tug picked up the scow, and .is towing her to Whanga'para, where she will be righted :md beached. The crew consisted of 0.
