CHRISTOHURCH, Sept. 20. At the Magistrate's Court to-day,. before Mr T. A. B. Bailey, S.M.. Gworge Samuel Thomson was charged with a breach of duty imposed by the War Regulations Act, for failing to display a military poster handed to him by a postman. Accused said he was an International. Socialist and prssidenfc of the. Conscription Repeal Society. His statement was cut.short ?by the Magistrate, who fined him i£so. r> "
