Albany, Jnne 18. News by the mail steamer states that the physicians justify the autopsy performed on the body of Irving Bishop, the thought reader, by the fact that they were certain he was dead and of the scientific interest attached to such an extraordinary case. The opinion of brain specialists is that Bishop was probably dead when the operation was performed', but it passes medical power to declare with 'certainty as; to tieatn until decomposition sets m. Despite Bishop's precautions the extreme haste oi the physicians to get the bran while it was warm defeated due care being taken. The operation was performed before Bishop's relatives knew of his supposed death.
