iNVKROARGILL, April 10. At the Sapremfl Court Henry Barry, for stealing hides at Orepukl was acquitted. So far no oonvlottou has been obtained this session. The Grown bad not, when the Court roie, deolded whether to go on with the uharge of arson against Barry, who Is aaoused of setting fire to a hut from whloh It is alleged he took the hides. If thin is not gone on wltb, the only oase remaining is one against Chinese for an attempt to rob a tall race.
Kelson, April 11. la the case against Robert Campbell, for unnatural offence, a jdror was taken HI last night, and the jury were discharged. To-doy the Grown entered a nolle prosequi. In two appeals from the lower Ooucto, judgment will be given In Wellligon.
