BOMBARDMENT OF SAGALLO.i (PBB FREBB ASSOCIATION.) Paris, February 23 M. Goblet explained that the bombardment of Sagallo, m the Red Sea Littoral by the French Admiral, waß ordered because the "Free Cossack" Atchinoff hoisted the Russian flag, and refused to depart from that country when requested by the French authorities. M. Goblet adds that the Russian Government will' not support the action of Atchinoff.
Russia has accepted the French determination to send M. Atchinoff s expedition back to Suez
