Tbe regulations of the parcel posi between the United Kingdom and New Zealand limit the weight and dimensions as m New Zealand, viz., parcels 111 b m freight, 3ft 6in m length, or 6ft m length end girth combined. Paroels will be despatched fortnightly, the first going Home by the Rimutaka, leaving Welling, ton on 27th December. Parcels to and from England will be liable to Customs dutieu. No letters may be enclosed. The rates will be la 6d up to 2lbs weight and 9d for every additional Ib. Negotiations are m progress for extending the ■ystem to Australia, and to foreign countries through London.
