DAIRY PRODUCE.

The exhibition of dairy produoa, ranged along one aide of the pavllon, was st very fiae one. There was a grand show of fresh butter, and m th(a class, Mr J . 0. N. Origg took nil th,e ohlef honors^ taking the I Society's and Mr D. Williamson's prlsjas, and he also secured a firafc In the olaqi for powdered butter. Mrs J. Small tool; first prig j for fancy batter*, Miss A. E Dawson's exhibit being highly commended. Mrs Ashton toak ohlef honors la the ol«s? for the best keg of salted butter, Mrs Small taking a second pr'aa. Mr H. Aloorn'o speolal prfs9 for keg of salt batter, > fell to Mr J. O, N. Grlgg. Mrs &m»!l was the only exhibitor m oheese, and she seonred a welldeßorved first award. Mrs Small also oatrled off honors for a side of smoked bacon, bnt m unsmoked bacon, Mrs Ja». Oroy took first and seoond prfzas,, the judges highly commending that shown by Mrs Small. Mrs Oroy took first prize for the two best smoked k,atns ( Mrq Small, who was aeoond m this olaiu, taking firat ptl'4i for the beat unsmoked hams. Thomis'e pr'z> for bread made from Wakanul mill floor. In the fir at o'aaa, Mrs Prebble took saoond prlz>, and Mrs Small Becared a highly commeudad ticket. Mr 0. F.Ltndmann wai the only szhibttor m honey. Ho showed a nice dish, for which be was awarded a Grat pr'z).
