Grey ; 422, 424, 42G, 430, 432, 434, 459, 378, 379, 380, 381, C. A. 0. Hardy ; 439, 6 % H. Oxley ; 382, 383, 384, 335, 386, 387, O. Tucker; 388, 389, 391, 393, M. *. Grey. Lots 620. 421, 425, 427, 429, 435, 437, 453, and 455 were put up bat not ■old. A village tettlaroent section on Block 3, No. 12, containing 2 acres 3 roods 8 perches, was then effared. The upset price wm £28, on deferred payment, and In addition to this the purchaser had to pay £3 5j cash for Improvements thereou. A couple of neigbboura ran eaoh other with one pound bids tfll one got tired, and the lot was knocked down to Mr P. Collins for £67, to whioh mast be added the £3 5a cash for Improvements. The price ii a ridiculous one, and cannot be •toted to b* anything like real market value.
