SOUTH AUSTRALIAN BUDGET.
Adelaide, August 17. The Treasurer delivered his Budget speech last night. The statement shows a surplus over the estimated revenue of ;£ 1 70,000. The railways show a profit of s£43 2 00 ° or near aYz per cent on the capital. The Customs shows an increased revenue of The Government propose to place a loan on the London market in April of a million and a half at 2> r A per cent. The Treasurer estimates the surplus on Public Works revenue for the ensuing \ year at ;£i 22,000.
