Adelaide. April 23 There has been a large development m the mining industry. During the last fifteen months m this city twentyone new companies were registered, with a nominal capital of five and a half million pounds, The Government have urgently impressed upon the New South, Wales Government the necessity of taking immediate and effective steps to stamp out the phylloxera, which was recently reported as having broken out m that colony.
