Poet Darwin, April 23. A Chinese storekeeper here has been arrested on a charge of manslaughter. He had a fellow-countryman m his employ who became ill, and the storekeeper, to avoid the expense of obtaining medical assistance, took the unfortunate man out into the bush, where he died after terrible suffering from hunger and thirst.
