London, Jannary 20. Mr Alexander Claine, member for South Armagh, and Father Macfadden, have been arrested for speeches made m the County Donegal m support oi the plan of campaign. Mr W. O'Brien, M.P., has been released irom gaol, London, January 21. Nationalist members, speaking at Tullamore and Dublin, declare that Mr A. J. Balfour, Irish Secretary, intends to murder the leaders of the League by imprisonment.

Messrs P. O'Brien and Monaghan have been arrested m Dublin, on charges of inciting the crowd to riot.
