The Hon Campbell, who has taken a nrominent part In oonneotion with the tuatter, has made up his mind to propose the following motion to-day — " That the Qfunoil deoline to ooncur with the House .5 Representatives In the draft of the rlvlsed contraot for the construction of t'Jie Midland Ball way, as reported by a {.elect Committee of tbe Hooso, nntll the drrft contraot^ has been referred to a Select Oonmittee of the Council, and correspondence both by oable and letter relative to the matter has been laid on _c table of the Council."
