Wanganui, November 23. Mr Hutchison has received fuil deUila of the charges brought by the Hon J, Bryoe In the election petition to-dgy. Thcoharges ire divided into eight classes, the flrafcand most important being brlbary. Mr Hutohllonli charged with having given aundiy voters £1 to pay the expenses of earning to vote, and wlthmaklngpromiaeßln ragard to appointments to other vote's. A oharge Is made under this section aga'nat the Hon J. Bullano to tbe eff^ot that he gave authority that; the survey parties aho'ild be allowed to vote at the nearest booth at which they were qualified receiving one day'a pay, and abaenoa not to oauae them loas of position There are several chargas of treating by ageuts on the following day, and of treating by Mr Hutchison and agents on days other than the polling day. It is a'ao alleged that some minors wero induoed to vote, that conveyances were hired ; that voters were conveyed ; and that two clalraa to vote were filled m by an agent without written authority The cane oomea yn next Medneaday before Judges Prenda'rgast and Williams.
