Wbilingion, November 23 It Is rumored that Government have deelded to take no further action m regard to yesterday's buslnees, and will not bring down the motion threatened by M&jor Atkinron. The reason of thia ohiDge on the part of Major Atkinson is Bald to be that Government have every reason to be eatlsfi d with their position after yesterday's division. If this ia true both eldea olaim to have floored a point, as Major Atklnaoa yesterday was prevented from moving h!» motion that Government business take precedaooe, aiid private members business would m the ordinary course proceed to-day, but it Id expected that a dlaonaslon will spring up over the Midland Railway Committee report, whioh it is undoratood will bu brought up to-day and may last the whole sitting.
