Sir Henry Parkes, Premier of New South Wales, and the Premier of Queensland, are m receipt of cable advices from Europe confirming the intelligence already received that the French forces would evacuate the New Hebrides at an early date. London, October 25. The French Press is pleased at the result of the negotiations with reference to the New Hebrides, and delares that the new convention regarding the Suez Canal involves the early evacuation of Egypt 'and the abrogation of the old convention. The annexation of the Leeward Islands will receive sanction when the New Hebrides is evacuated.
