Grace v Richards, claim £5 Us for grabbing and catting gorae. — Mr Wilding for plaintiff Mr Puroell fur defendant — The iam of £1 had been paid into Court. — The point of dispute appeared to be af> to the length of fencei cat, it being alleged oh behalf of the defendant that the plaintiff had been paid for thirty chains when he was nettled up with, for another contract. The pries per chain waß also disputed it being alleged that the plaintiff's claim of Is 6d was excessive Evidence was taken en both sides at considerable length and oounael havlrg addressed the Court the Magistrate gave judgment for £2 14s above the amount paid into Court, Tha Court then rose.
