■■■ ■■ i — « — Incendiarism. WoodviiiLe, August 3. An attempt was made last night to burn down Gilbert's Temperance Hotel here by setting fire to the outhouses, but the fire was fortunately discovered before it got fair hold of the place and -extinguished. Two men have been arrested on suspicion and been rewarded till Thurs<Jny. The burning of Gilbert's Hotel would have Involved the destruction of at least five other shops.
