Tha Magistrate, under the oircumstances, dismissed the case, remarkI ing that the Borough authorities had by their delatorinoes m this instance contributed to the infringement of the bylaw. " ILL-TREATING HOUSES. T. Walkias was charged with ill-treat-ing threo horses by working them while suffering from sore shoulders. J. Butt was charged with similarly illtreating one horse.
