Auckland, M»y 90. A walking match between Goodman champion of AackUnd, and Walsh, for £20 aside and the championship of Auckland, took place last night, and was won by Goodman, who walked fourteen mi'os seven laps m the two hours, beating Walsh by one lap.
A handlaop yaoht race for vessels owned by members of the Auckland Yacht Club took place oq Saturday.
