SPKCIAL OKDEBB,.
A spooial order increasing the number of Councillors to nioe, and prescribing that two Councillors Bhould be henceforth elected by the Mount Hutc Itfdlng and two by the newly constituted Aahbucton Ricliag was ad< pted. A special order in connection with the Mount £omera Tramway and iu aooordance with the terms of tho Government Loans to Looal Bodies Act was adopted It was resolved that a special meeting Bhould bo held after the next ordinary meoiing for the purpose of confirming the before mentioned special orders. The Council than adjourned.
