A special order in connection with the Mount £omera Tramway and iu aooordance with the terms of tho Government Loans to Looal Bodies Act was adopted It was resolved that a special meeting Bhould bo held after the next ordinary meoiing for the purpose of confirming the before mentioned special orders. The Council than adjourned.
