Moat inconveniently for the Lißtituti-m, at this very time, the contractor at Eofield, to whom the dead bodies of doga have been previously consigned, has refused to take any more, the inhabitants of that parish having objected to the use of more than a certain amount of manure produced from deceased dogs. In theee ciroumßta" oe*, a crematory has been established at Batteraea, and Is m good woaking order. This nvilancho'y addition to the equipments of the e> tabliahmeDt is, however costly, and the committee appeal to the friends of dogß to assist, them m defraying the epeoial outlay to which they have b-en put.
