It is also atated that sho had made an ineffectual application to him recently to perform a similar thlhjr again, Mr Pender farther stated thatDr Ruaaell had beea a? rested that morning by Dateotlvei Noill and O'Connor. He managed before he was Becured to take poiuon, and had to be taken to the Hospital. He (Mr P«nder) would aek the Bench to adj »ura the case till the afternoon, *nd to grant a reonand with regard to Mrs Bowern for three days. Rn uuderetod that Mr Joyht was eoga ed by Dr Ruaaell. The Bench then adjourned the oasa as against Mr B Bowern till Friday next. At 2 p ra. the Oinrt was formally arij mrned until this morning.
