Consols have declined and are quoted at The market rate of discount has advanced to percent., and is now 1% below Bank rate. New Zealand securities remain at last quotations. The markets for Australian wheat and tallow are unchanged. The total quantity of wheat afloat for the United Kingdom is z.pio.oooqrs, not 3,440,000qr5, as telegraphed on the 16th instant. New Zealand prime mutton is realising $d per lb. The Australian mails, per Orient, from Melbourne (June nth) were delivered to-day.
