Mr T. Bullock reports for tha week ending Saturday, July 12 There was only a small entry of horses, and biddings about on a par with the previous Saturday’s sale, 9 out of the total entry changing hands at the following prices, viz : A pair of draught fillies, unbioken, brought £35; 6 year-o'd medium draught of good stamp. £26 ; aged, £9 ; light harness horses, from £4 to £9, according to description ; hacks only those of an inferior stamp changed hands at a nominal figure. Sundries: A cottage for removal, on a-count of the Borough Council, sold for £4O; lot 11, township of Tinwald, £9 10s
On Thursday last. I held a clearing sale at Mr Goo. St Hill’s of furniture, horse, boggy, harness, etc , and all lota offered were sold at very satisfactory prices.
