There is a slight improvement in maize and New Zealand oats. No alteration in the value of wheat. Today’s quotations are—New Zealand wheat, 4S 3d per bushel; New Zealand oats are ad dearer, at as 6d per bushel ; maize, per 561bs, 2s 3d; Sugar Company’s No. 1, Las per ton, Adelaide, May L 4.
Shipping wheat is firm at 4s 3d to 4s ?d per bushel; town flour is worth L 6 15s per town; country brands, L 9 5s to L 9 7s 6d.
