It is understood that the prisoner Ross, who is in custody on a charge of being concerned in the Horsham Bank robbery, has offered to turn Queen’s evidence against the other prisoner, Miln Smith, and that the offer has been accepted by the authorities. The Parliament. Adelaide, To-day. Parliament was opened yesterday by His Excellency Sir Wm. Robinson. The TestIn the House of Assembly last evening the Hon J. W. Downer, who was Attorney-General in the Bray Ministry gave notice of a vote of want of confidence in the Ministry, after which the House adjourned. The issue of the vote is considered doubtful.
