[rEDTER'S XELEORAMS —COPYRIGHT.] Earthquake. isYDNEY, Yesterday. Severe shocks of earthquake have again been experienced in the South of this colony. The shocks were most severely felt at Bugendore and Braidwood, and lasted from ten to twenty seconds. The Markets. . . New Zealand wheat remains at 4s 3d, and New Zealand oats at 2s 4d. Maize has advanced to 3s id. Sugar Company’s No. 1 pieces per ton, L 35. Adelaide, Yesterday. Wheat is quoted at 4s qd to 4s tod, and a slight decline compared with last week’s price. The market is steady. Flour has fallen 5s to 15s per ton. Town brands are quoted at Lio 5s to Ln; country ditto, Lio to Lio ss. The market for freight is without quotable change. [Received Sept. 22,. 12.20 p.m.] The Mail Steamer. Sydney, To-day. Arrived—Steamship Zealandia from Auckland last evening. She was anchored in Watson’s Bay for medical examination, and was granted pratique this morning.
