[per rkuter’s agency.] Railway Connection. Melbourne, To-day. The Governments of Victoria and South Australia have concluded arrangements for the connection of the railway systems of the two colonies at the border. For the Bluff. Sailed, this afternoon —Union Company’s steamship Arawata, for the Bluff. The Grafton Bank S bicking-up Case. Sydney, Yesterday. Mcßride, accountant of the Australian Joint Stock Bank at Grafton, and two accomplices, have been arrested in connection with the alleged stickingup of the Bank by bushrangers on the 14th inst The sum of La,7 54, which the bushrangers were said to have stolen, was qnly hidden, and has since been found. The arrest of Mcßride has been made in consequence ot information furnished by one of the accomplices, who turned informer.
