A seven-roomed house in Wellington street was destroyed by fire early this morning. Mrs Monday, the occupant, had her furniture insured in the Norwich Union office for Ll5O, and Mr H. D. Williams, the owner, was insured in the Union for a similar sum. The origin of the fire is unknown. Nothing was saved.
