♦ (By Telegraph.) Christchurch, To-day. At the Supreme Court, in Banco, this morning, the appeal against the decision of the Lower Court in the case of the Timaru rioters was argued. Mr. Harper appeared for the Queen, and Mr. Joynt for the appellants,,.-The,, appeal was dismissed.
