1. —"Thrift,” to be made from u»«c material, any size. 2.—" New” handkerchief made from new material of any size. Both kinds to be trimmed in any way desired. Entries to be sent or brought to Convention on 16th February next, when they will be displayed and judged. Competitors to state whether handkerchiefs may be sold for Headquarters Fund, or if they wish to retain them. More than one entry permitted
